Beaumont House, Northampton

Beaumont House is a conversion of a 1970s office block into 60 apartments all provided with parking on site. The building was originally flat roofed and the project provides a new floor of accommodation within a Mansard roof construction allowing for enhancement of the buildings aesthetic within the Conservation area of Northampton.
